`Water` warns against flooding the Wala Dam for the first time

Weather of Arabia - The Ministry of Water and Irrigation warned of the flooding of the Al-Wala Dam, within the next few hours, after it was near full storage capacity, towards Wadi Al-Wala and Al-Haidan for the first time this year.

The ministry’s media spokesman, Omar Salama, in a statement today, Friday, called on citizens to take care and caution and not to approach the course of the valley, the municipalities and the concerned authorities to take the necessary measures, revealing the flow of water into the dam’s body by more than 40 cubic meters per second.

He called on everyone to follow up on the ministry’s sites in order to be familiar with the reality of the dams and the possibility of water flooding there.
