At the same time, the “Morocco Techno Media” page, which specializes in producing and filming sports tournaments, revealed the actual reason behind the interruption of Al-Shawali’s voice, as it explained that Al-Shawali is commenting from Tunisia via a private video, and that the process of transmitting the audio includes many technical steps, which increases the possibility of a Technical problems like what happened in this case.

For his part, commentator Khalil Al-Balushi reassured the public about commentator Issam Al-Shawali, as he wrote on his official Facebook page:
