Chicken Tikka Masala Ingredients:

- 2 crushed garlic cloves.
- 1 finely chopped hot pepper.
- 1 tablespoon grated ginger.
- Two tablespoons of cumin.
- 1 teaspoon fine cinnamon.
- 1 teaspoon masala spices.
- 1 tablespoon paprika.
- 1 tablespoon red pepper.
- 1 tablespoon black pepper.

How to make chicken tikka masala:
- In a large bowl, put the yoghurt with lemon juice, cumin, cinnamon, red pepper, masala spices, black pepper, ginger and salt.
- Add the mixture to the chicken, mix the ingredients well, cover and keep in the refrigerator for a quarter of an hour.
We filter the chicken and put it on skewers, then heat the grill and grill the chicken for 5 minutes on each side.
- We melt the butter, fry the garlic and hot pepper, then add cumin, paprika and salt to taste.
- Then we pour tomato sauce and cream over it. Leave the mixture on the fire until it thickens for 20 minutes.
- Add the grilled chicken to the previous sauce and cook in the sauce for 10.
