Ingredients:

How to prepare:
- Place the following ingredients in a pot of water on the fire until they are cooked (leave the ingredients without cutting): onions, tomatoes, garlic, green hot pepper, cardamom, and coriander.
- After it is cooked, mix it in an electric blender and then filter it.
- In another pot on the fire, put two tablespoons of butter, then add the ginger, leave it on the fire for a little while, then add the previous mixture on top of it and let it simmer for a little while, then add the cream, a stick of butter, and cashews soaked in water and mixed with the blender (mix with the blender until it becomes creamy). Add sugar, salt, red hot pepper, and add a spoonful of fenugreek at the end.
- To prepare the chicken cubes, season them with lemon, garlic, onion, ginger, and black pepper, and put them in the oven until browned, then add them to the ready-made sauce and let them marinate for 15 minutes.
- Serve hot with bread or biryani rice.
